We find our sweat behind Alex & Co. on Main Street in Osterville, and we build heat in each and every muscle group with a dynamic flow that incorporates Vinyasa Yoga, Pilates, Strength Training and Cardio Intervals.
We love our music and we love our props; good vibes, weights, bangles, blocks, and resistance bands are provided! However, I recommend you bring one set of medium to heavy weights for best results.
